Do you enjoy being creative, but have a hard time finding time to devote to your art practice?
When we start a new adventure or a project we all need a bit of motivation to keep going. It takes 21 to 90 days to develop a habit and then it becomes automatic. When we’re not used to doing something, especially if that thing involves stepping outside of the comfort zone, even if we really really want to do it, we can let ourselves get hindered by the bumps on the road: lack of time, procrastination, distractions etc.
This book is meant to be your companion and your inspiration to help you get into a consistent practice of expressing yourself though painting or drawing, or even doodling. It doesn’t matter what medium you use and it doesn’t matter what the end result looks like. It’s not important if it takes 5 minutes or an hour. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or experienced artist. The only thing that matters is the process of creating.
This Art Journal offers you a general topic on every third day as an inspiration to nudge your imagination with an idea of what you can start your daily project with. The remaining pages are for connecting with how you feel on the day and just going with the flow. This way you can use this journal as a way of expressing your thoughts and emotions without the use of words.
Bonus: The cover of this journal is a print of Lorelai’s original artwork from Flow Art collection. So when you’re not drawing or painting in your journal you can use the back side of the cover as a decoration to enhance the energy of your room. You can also meditate with the image, by looking at it and connecting with your breath and whatever emotions and thoughts come up for you.
