Meditations for Body, Mind and Spirit are individual or group sessions designed to focus on most common human problems and inner-growth areas. By regularly attending weekly/bi-weekly sessions that targets your challenge, you will let your inner mind do the important work of changing you from within.
The mind is the most powerful tool we have. If used consciously with an intent to heal, it can help you solve your health, emotional or life problems. Many challenges that we have in life come from unconscious thought patterns, negative beliefs and old habits.
Inner mind can be accessed in trance state that can be easily achieved by relaxation. Then by the right use of words and imagination, the work of wonder begins.
Remember, it takes time to change your inner thought patterns and habits and to develop new ones, so give yourself time to achieve the results. You will see improvement after each session but it’s an ongoing process that may take few weeks depending on the degree of your problem. It is worth it though – what is more important than your own happiness?
