Four movement phases serve as a lengthy prelude to the closing tracks that venture deeply into the sounds of ‘The Inner Temple’ and ‘Tibetan Sound Bowls,’ Each phase of approximately seven minutes ends with a gentle sounding bell. By the time you reach the closing track, which is around 15 minutes long, you are in a state of deep relaxation and receptivity should have been found. After that, anything is possible.
During the meditation you cleanse your heart from anything that may be blocking you on your path, and filling that space with those positive things that you desire.
Meditation is in group setting.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga math and a blanket.
